Do I Bring My Spouse If I'm Married?
At Inside Out, we specialize in tailored counseling services. Catering to both individuals and couples therapy. While couples counseling thrives with joint engagement, our approach remains adaptable to individual needs. Your provider may recommend individual sessions as beneficial, without requiring your spouse’s attendance, ensuring personalized support aligned with your unique circumstances. If you are scheduling for individual therapy it is not required for your spouse to attend.
Is Counseling Expensive?
At IOCC, we believe in transparent and flexible pricing for our therapy sessions. Our rates typically range from $75 to $250, depending on session duration, ensuring affordability and value for our clients. We strive to accommodate diverse needs by accepting most major insurance plans. For those without insurance coverage, we offer competitive discounted private pay rates, making quality metal health care accessible to all.
Will My Employer Know If I Am Going To Counseling?
Rest assured, utilizing your employer-provided insurance guarantees confidentiality. Your workplace will not be notified of your counseling sessions, and your therapy session information remains strictly confidential.
Do You Accept Medicaid?
Yes! Our practice proudly welcomes Iowa Medicaid, including Wellpoint/Amerigroup, Iowa Total Care, and Molina. Please note that while we currently accept Iowa Medicaid, we do not currently participate with Illinois Medicaid.
